Description: Small offices need a silent solution that does not make noise. The pbxnsip solid state appliance has neither fans nor hard disk drives. This does not only make the appliance extremely silent, it also reduces the number of parts that can break.

Typical Environments:

* Small companies like doctor office, lawyers, agents, shops
* PBX must be silent
* Call volume below 500 calls per day
* Up to 4 FXO ports
* Typically 5-15 extensions (maximum 25)

Benefits:

* Excellent price/performance ratio
* Silent (no fans and no hard disk)
* Low power consumption
* Minimal number of components (PSTN gateway included)
* FXO makes sure there are no quality of service issues for PSTN calls

The pbxnsip PBX is a software component. If you already have a suitable server, you can install the service yourself. This might be easier than you think!

Typical environments:

* Demo installation works fine and no need to change anything
* Hosted environments using blade servers
* Customer-tailored solutions
* Environments that cannot be address with the standard solution

Benefits:

* No shipping of hardware
* Existing hardware can be used
* PBX can run as software component parallel to other non-real time tasks
* Can scale to large server farms
* Same user interface as other solutions

Pros: inexpensive and rich feature set
Cons: no operator console

I love everything about this product except is does not have an operator console.
It does emulate a key system so you can see on your phone who is busy however.

PBX system has a rich feature set and is very stable.

Pros: Ease of use!
Cons: only 4 FXO ports

We have really enjoyed our pbxnsip unit. we have the CS410 with polycom phones. The phones are plug and play. To update a user is all on a web page and i reboot the phone and its done.

Super easy. Audio is excellent.
